Actually, you can.
If someone is on your property, tresspassing at night, stealing, snooping,
whatever you can shoot them. There was a case a while back about a repo
driver that was shot, the shooter got away with it.
Listen, your right...I most likely wouldn't just kill someone.
I am not an animal.
If they simply cooperated (at gunpoint) I would handcuff them and wait for
the cops.
If there was a threat of a weapon or a struggle I might pop them in the
flesh or at
least rough them up, or let Mojo the rotti have at em for a few minutes.
Either way they will know they picked the wrong house.
But unless they them selves are armed they will walk out of there with the
cops.
I have cameras around the premises and what not, so my home is pretty safe.
The incident in question happened on a residential street in a surburban
area.
I admit, I am too blame for leaving the car unlocked...but that doesn't make
it
right, and it shouldn't be that way god damned it!
