Not to sound like a broken record (eh, Marc?) but Motorcraft 
2100/2150 is a common Jeep conversion (same engine). Just search 
for "Jeep 258 Motorcraft conversion" and you'll get a plethora of 
pages like this:

I can't recommend the 2100/2150 highly enough. There's a reason Ford 
used it for two decades. Super simple and super reliable. And I have 
absolutely no complaints about performance.
