Hi Howard,

Thank you for the offer.  I got an email from the owner yesterday, 
and he said someone is coming by this weekend to buy it.  He said if 
the guy doesn't buy it then he will let me know.

Stephen, who lives 4 miles from Quakertown, has also offered to take 
a look for me.  So hopefully it isn't bought this weekend.

I'll let you all know whats going on when I hear back from the owner.
