I put in a white light to see what would happen.  It
made the "PRND21" almost a light blue.  There is only
one light in there, so it doesn't spread too much. 
Try to see if there is a "high intensity" LED or
something, because I will admit it is a bit dim.  I
like it though; it matches the A/C dash nicely.
