This guy operates similar to Claude Landri who is STILL selling parts I paid
for a year and a half ago! You remember Claude but I'm sure you wish you
could forget about him.

Subject: [DMCForum] Ebay Frauds.

The Porsche trans I won..  The seller listed PayPal as
the only payment method,  but when I went to do the
payment, PayPal would not let me because his account
is not set up to get payments like that..

At this point alone, the seller is in breach of
contract (according to the legal wording on Ebay web
site).

He refused to complete his PayPal account, claiming
PayPal stinks and his ex-wife screwed up the account. 
Instead, he demanded that I pay him directly.

Andrei agreed to go visit the seller as my "agent" to
pay for and pick it up.  The seller agreed to this, so
I sent a check to Andrei and he drove from Tampa to
Miami only to have the seller refuse my personal
check!  

The seller now wants CASH, or for me to send him a
check and wait 10 days for it to clear!

I offered the option of using escrow.com (I would pay
the fees), but he refused.

Not to mention, each time I speak to him on the phone
he does not listen to a word I say.. Just talks, and
talks, and talks...
