[DMCForum] Web based forum.

The disadvantage is that threads sometimes evolve in
to things that are unrelated to the subject....  Just
like on the e-mail based systems, when people dont
change the subject line to reflect a change in the
thread.

...... Still thinking that web based is a good option
though!
