LOL, Jeff.  Sometimes there is an unpleasant side to Delorean 
ownership that needs to be noted.   And, with all due respect, I 
would think that as a potential owner you'd be even more inclined to 
hear the negatives.

Gotcha!   I don't think he did do any real time but I'm sure they 
would have hauled him off initially.   One phone call?  Bail?  He was 
reluctant to talk about the details, needless to say.
