Ryan --- afaik, Sean never went to jail.  He was ordered to pay 
restitution to the people who filed lawsuits against him and probably 
given probation time.   In his effort to come up with some cold hard 
cash to satisfy the Maricopa County Sheriff, he sold 10440 to me.
 It was probably the only Delorean he sold that wasn't a scam!
