I'm not an expert on rotors, but I've done my fair share of brake
jobs. My opinion: You should have had them turned. Sandblasting leaves
little pits all over the place.

As for what to do now, well, I would take them off and have them
turned. But that's just me.

While driving you can definately hear the rotors giving off a harsh sound.  The sound goes away when I brake.  How long do you think it will be before the rotors smooth out?
