If the seller with pallet it for you, call DHL and set up a PROD pickup.
This is where you give them the pick-up and send-to addresses and they
prepare everything over the phone.  All the driver has to do is show up and
pick up the pallet.

It is easier, and cheaper, if you can have it transported by truck to a
business address.  I have used them many times and they are dirt cheap.  You
may have to set up an account, but that just involves a few minutes on the
phone.  By the way, I have no affiliation with DHL in anyway.
