I thought the whole idea behind R134 was its environmental friendliness...

Imagine how many cars are running around right now slowly venting
their freon due to system leaks. Much more than 3 lbs (altogether).

If I create less pollution than my fellow citizens in Charlotte or
Raleigh, how does it matter what my thought processes are? I could be
driving down the road thinking about naked chickens and the end result
would still be the same -- I pollute less.
