[DMCForum] Problem with Fuses

I have a question, my car is blowing fuses.  Here is the situation.  
My car blew the fuse that is for the power windows, radio and center 
dash lights.  I believe, if I remember correctly, it's fuse 11, I put 
in a new 30 fuse and turned on the car.  It immediately blew that fuse 
as well.  So I am thinking that I have a short somewhere.  I wanted to 
know if anyone else has encountered this problem, before I start 
disassembling stuff looking for this short.  Any help would be greatly 
appreciated!  Thanks!
