Union 76 stations here in Vegas dispense 100 octane gas at certain 
pumps. But rest assured, it's no cheap. Last time I checked, it was 
like $3.49 a gallon. And that was 5 years ago, when I was paying like 
$1.17 for 87 octane.
You can always counteract that octane requirements with a good set of 
intercoolers...
