I'm gonna have to agree with Andrew on this. I mean much like there 
is retarded and advanced ignition, so is there advanced education 
which houses advanced students. Advanced meaning that they are ahead 
of their average peers in their learning capabilities. So if they are 
behind in their learning ability (ie Slow), like SpEd kids, then they 
must be retarded.
It's just a hugh PC argument that has been raging on and on. You 
can't please everyone. Soon parents may want to stop recognizing the 
acheivements of outstanding students, so that they don't offend the 
average kids. Just like that stupid purple ink...
BTW, if this argument is offensive, then this will REALLY piss you 
off!
