[DMCForum] Lotsa small spines, or few big spines?

You two just gotta argue!!

It would seem to me that the smaler splines WOULD be
more easily *damaged* than the larger ones..  However,
if one were to calculate the contact surface area of
the splines, it is possible that the higher number of
smaller splines are "stronger" at transfering energy
from the clutch disk to the input shaft.
