They should be tight.  Not bolted, per se, because they snap -- not bolt.  The problem is that the rubber seals or "hats" for the injectors become hard & shrink slightly with age.  This allows intake vacuum to pull past them.  You can spot a leaky one by noticing the engine compartment dirt that gets suck thru the leak.  You have to pull the injectors to see this.  (Someone needs to make a tool to pop those injector clips off.  It needs to have 3 wedges -- one for each of the clips.)  New seals are cheap from the vendors.
