This ran about ten times in Memphis and the dude was
arrested.  Not for the accident, but why it happened. 
Seems he was rolling his MJ cigarette when he lost
control in the rain and spun around several times
before hitting the cop car backwards!!

Talk about having a 'bad hair day'.
