[DMCForum] production changes (was options)

Along with the hoods, clocks and radios there were many small production
changes.  Check out http://www.babbtechnology.com/thecar/misc.htm for a
somewhat complete list - I need to get back to updating the site one of
these days and add pictures in to it.
