I haven't met him, but we corresponded via email.  I think the fuel
management system is around $3000.  Cost on the rest depends on whether you
get it new or used.
 
I would like to use:
 
- 1987 Volvo block
- Eagle cylinder liners
- Custom connecting rods & pistons
- Renault 25 heads
- My current twin turbo setup, but with larger turbos
- Customized intercooled intake
- New fuel management system
 
Of course, who knows how long it may take me to get all of this completed!
