Well, so people don't think we agree all the time...
 
An item isn't "quality".  It -has- Quality or it doesn't, but it never -is-
Quality.  
 
The 'best quality' isn't the right term either.  Having Quality is what
makes an item the best.  Quality itself could loosely be called 'the
best'...
 
None of my cars -are- Quality.  Some -have- a lot of quality, and some do
not.  The ones that do not are waiting for me to restore it.  I just have
too many projects to spend Quality time with all of them right now.  =)
 
If anybody doesn't understand what I'm talking about, email me and I'll send
you the book.

The word "quality" was used..  So I assumed the
meaning was the qulaity of the physical car...  

I have dedication to my cars, but some of the fleet
could be considered less than "the best quality" of
the breed.
