I don't know, but if not you can always register it...

Nice thing about American intellectual property law,
you can register anything you want.  The problem is if
your are ever challenged.

I used to laugh because when I was younger I would
always come up with cool "inventions".  All of my
friends and family would tell me to get a patent. 
Patents are useless unless you have the means to
defend it (lots of money to spend on lawyers).  Same
for copyright and trademark.
