In FL if you are in a private building where the public can still enter, 
ie store or convention center,  you must post a notice in an obvious 
location by the entrance that states filming is taking place inside.  
This is also required if you are recording from your CCTV security 
system.  If you don't have a notice posted and you broadcast or sell the 
video and the state gets one complaint they will shut your ass down.
