That is how I was treated from day one on the DML. Some of my messages were
sent to the list when I was trying to only send it to the moderators, while
others were completely denied that should have gone to the list. I think
some of the moderators are ok, though. Still, there are always posts that
you have to wonder why the hell they got approved.

I lurk on the DML but rarely post because it's just too damned
difficult.
They are a great source for tech info but the comraderie sucks.
There is nothing worse than sitting and typing something up only to
have it come back "NOT APPROVED" and usually with an asinine and
condescending comment.
There are no real guidlines so I always feel trying to post on the
DML is a gamble. One moderator might be in a bad mood and decided HE
doesn't want to see your message, while another one might just shoot
it through.
My number one favorite forum is Tamir's, then this one. People
actually get to know each other and the turnaround time on a message
is 10 times faster.
