The big Volvo B27/B28 CIS manual has warm up specs for 10 or 12 CPR
series. I'm travelling without mine, but Stephen Card has the same
manual and a scanner...
Note: they all have the same ending counter pressure. Starting
pressures are different, but they all end up around 50 PSI as I
recall. Of course they get there at different temps (Series 066 is
among the lowest). And not all of them have full throttle enrichment.
Series 066 is the only one with complex internals.
