FWIW, I thought you'd like to hear the latest auto scam that I just 
learned about.  This actually happened this past week to someone I 
know, but I heard the story third-hand tonight.

Person B buys car from person A.  Person A had already gotten a car 
title loan on the car and told the state that the title was lost (did 
she get the reissue title first?  I don't know), using the re-issed title 
for the sale of the car.  Car repo'd, person B screwed.
