What did Clinton have to do with the dot coms? 

Absolutely nothing.

You democrats love to parade Clinton as your economic savior, and Bush
as the person who "ruined the economy." You conveniently forget that
the boom started under Bush Sr., and the slide began under Clinton.
Those are the facts. Regardless, I don't blame or give credit to any
of them because the president didn't have a damn thing to do with it.
Period.
