Ooh! Ooh! Don't forget to add that the machines were built in Texas! No
conspiracy can be complete without that.
Try to work in 'Bush Sr.' and 'oil' somehow, too -- that would make it truly
complete.

I have been looking for an article that talks about
mistakes on the electronic machines where someone
voted for Kerry by mistake.
Anyone who has done any software development will
realize it takes one line of code to skew the results.
Add some randomization in it, and it looks less
suspicious.
The video poker machines are programmed to look ahead
in the deck, and dump the "winning card" on a
semi-random basis. This allows the casinos to control
how often a machine pays out.. Of course, the guys
that wrote this software are all dead now.
