It only helps the GDP if the money goes to the people . Unfortunately, 
it does not.   It goes to corrupt politians and wealth business owners.

IF THE MONEY DID GO TO THE PEOPLE THEY WOULD NO LONGER BE THIRD WORLD 
COUNTRIES!!!!
