[DMCForum] ...and on a different note

10440 now has Toby TABs installed, electrical issues resolved and 
an almost-working driver's window.  

Original TABs were removed effortlessly - gotta love the rust-free 
desert!   Not knowing the condition of the old TABs made me ill at 
ease, so replacing them gives me great peace of mind.   Apparently 
the relay that controls the lights in the footwells went bad -- who 
knew? none of my interior lights work anyway.    Window had 
removed itself from its seat in the bottom guide (I think this is what 
happened) and is now happily re-seated in its cradle.  

So now I can drive to the Grande car show next week with the other 
AZ-D's in confidence, roll the window up and know that the car will 
start again...and again...and again.....

Can you tell I finally have some time to myself?  The brick floor is 
lain (don't EVEN go there) and the looks awesome.  I'm pretty proud 
of my first attempt.  And the dog has again licked the sand off me.
