Is it not clear from all my posts on the subject what
I am trying to get James to answer?

James did make it clear what the motivation was behind
"protecting" the trademark.. but this was obvious all
along.  If I somehow got myself in to the situation
they are in, I would probably do the same thing.. 
But, that does not make it right!

Besides, I don't think they are doing anything illegal
because it would truly be up to a judge to decide if
they own the trademark or not.  If someone is using
the trademark, it would be up to them to challenge
DMCH's claim to the logo.

But hey, I am critical of everything! LOL..  Even
though I have been accused of picking on James, and
DMCH..  As I said to Video Bob (Selling BTTF props
now?!), if you put your self in the public eye you
have to expect a jerk like me to speak my mind if I
think something is wrong.
