[DMCForum] DMC logo...

I followed this thread in the past and have been reading the recent
discussion with great interest now that actual legal stuff has been posted.
Someone posted that John DeLorean still owns the rights and had given
permission to someone to use them.

My question is, has DMCH asked for and received permission to use them as
well?  If not, it would seem they could be at much greater risk by using the
logo, name, and possibly presenting themselves as the original company.  I
am guessing it could be argued by some people who didn't know the full
history that they were misled.

Thoughts?
