HAHA, me too -- I didn't make up the term and I have no clue why 
bricks get laid - they're not that attractive.

 consider yourself fortunate.  Maybe you beat the odds.  Or maybe in 
20 years......

Sounds like you fortunately escaped the hurricanes relatively 
unscathed.  I have a friend down in Vero Beach who's
