Here in Mobile my car did the same thing, once.
I wiped the vinyl and leather down with a weak bleach water solution to kill
the mildew.
This was several years ago and the mold/mildew has not reappeared.
What do you use on the leather and vinyl?
That product may be what the mold likes to eat.

If I leave a DeLorean parked & closed in my garage for more
than a week, mold will grow all over the interior. Leather
parts are affected worse. I want to buy some kind of small
dehumidifier to keep in the car and possibly plumb the drain
thru an open window or even thru the center console.
Andrei Cular told me he did something like this with one of
his cars. Are you listening Andrei? What did you use?
What does anyone else recommend?
