[DMCForum] Volts???

I'm trying to locate a problem I'm having.  I'm getting a terrible 
bucking when I let out the clutch in first.  It doesn't matter if 
the car is cold or up in temperature - it still does it.  The fuel 
lines are clean (as far as I know) and the clutch system is working 
well too.

I'm under the impression that it may be electrical.  One of the 
first things I did with the car was get a new alternator (SpecialT 
110)  The car is often under volts and runs at 9 versus 13.  It 
seems tempermental in that it runs at 13 sometimes but not others.  
The headlights go dim often but surge back to life every one and a 
while.  Could I be getting bad voltage all around making the car run 
crappy?  Any thought?
