I didn't see anything listed about this part in the fiberglass underbody
section of DMCH, but will hopefully find out more tomorrow when I call them.

It's not hard to get off the car, once you have removed the doors, as it
basically just unbolts.  Removing the huge amounts of sealant is a
completely different matter.  It is a very basic stamped piece that could
probably be reproduced with a metal brake and a little cutting time.

If there is no part number then it must be considered part
of the fiberglass underbody.

I have always wanted to replace mine with a stainless steel
reproduction.  Does it look like it would be hard to do?  If
anyone wants to loan me one, I'll run it by a SS fabricator
I know.
