I quite agree. My parents had certain guidelines which stopped them from 
being broke because of their children. For example, if the child was in 
college, they could live at home rent-free. If not, the child had to get 
a job and pay rent, or otherwise do work around the house. (When I was 
unemployed after college, they got a deck and some plumbing and other 
restoration work done. LOL)
I'm sick of these kids getting handed everything -- they don't know the 
value of anything. Their parents just kick them out of the house with a 
bank account full of money. I was taught the value of money by having to 
earn it myself. My parents didn't kick me out of the house -- I was out 
of there as soon as I could afford it! LOL
I could go on and on, but I think you know where I'm coming from. Sounds 
like we agree on something. ;)
