Id rather not say what it is made out of, because if I
do sell a few of them I would like to recoup my
investment before someone copies it.

Including all of the "first time" design work, and
failed attempts I made over the past year, it cost me
a little over $500.  Now that I know what works, and
have all the design work done, I expect to be able to
reproduce it for significantly less.. Again, I have to
make some calls next week to get pricing on everything
in larger quantities.
