That?s very cool. Sony still owns them. The original one is out in
California and the Ecto 1A (Ghost Busters 2) is at Universal Studios FL
on loan. The other Ecto that is used in show at the theme park crashed
in to the Toon Trolley 6 months ago and hasn't been seen since. The
bumper hood and right fender were hit pretty badly.
If you have the Vin numbers you could run it and see own had
owed it.

I found 3 pictures of the old hearse when I bought it in 1979. It was a
1959 Cadillac Miller Meteor 3 way manual side loader, it had just come
out
of service 20 years to the day. It was owned by Lantz Funeral Home of
Uniontown. The pictures are old Polaroid black & whites, so there not
the
greatest. I had sold the car to my friend who lived up the street from
me
in the late 80's. He told me that the car ended up going to
"Ghostbusters"
whether it did or not, I can't say for certain, but that's the supposed
story. If I can find out anymore about it I'll let you know.
