A hurricane is just the one of the things you have to deal with when you 
like living near large bodies of warm water.  People in Cali live with 
fires and earthquakes, those in the mountains live with 20' of snow, and 
some of us who purchased "Great deal" DeLoreans have to live with 
replacing one 20 year old part at a time till that "Great Deal" becomes 
an ok deal.
