Simple truth... there are web-based users, and email-based users.  I run a
mailing list with 500 users, and a web forum with 650.  Very few of the
folks on my list or board are on both...

I know you'd like to "migrate" people over there... Which sounds to me like
you're more of a web-based person.  By all means, explore that and promote
it!  However, if you are trying to get people to move to another means of
communication, just be realistic -- they won't move.
