What I'm talking about is hooking up a hand vacuum pump to
the distributor vacuum advance to SIMULATE a load condition.
The distributor only knows two things: RPMs and vacuum
amount.  The only way it knows load is according to vacuum.
So give it an artificial vacuum source instead of holding a
timing light while accelerating down the road.
