I fill up usually every other day, sometimes every day, and I don't see them
changing that often. I am guessing that people who drive to the office each
day probably fill up once a week or so. Then they would be more likely to
notice the change from the last time they filled up.

That's right. Local stations here (probably the same everywhere) set
prices on a day to day basis. The stations down the street from me
routinely change prices overnight when I KNOW there haven't been any
recent fuel deliveries.
