You dont have to agree Dave, but please try and
understand the point.

The claim is, that Bush had an pre-determined agenda
to go in to Iraq.  9/11 turned out to be a useful tool
for him to use for widspread support.

Had 9/11 not happened, he would have still gone in to
Iraq.  No, I am not kidding.
