Why is it that Oil prices hit a record high this week,
yet the price at the pump did not shoot up as we have
come to expect when oil prices increase??

Bush has a significant influence on the price @ the
pump.  I have no doubt that he called in a few favors
to stabalize the gasoline prices for the next few
months.
