Different administration at that time who wasn't paying attention?
Halliburton paid for this out of their own pocket, announced it, ate the
cost and stayed in business?  Enron was getting away with everything
scot-free under other administrations?  Marc twisted it to make it sound
like it has anything to do with current events?  NO WAY!
