Great stuff, isn't it Walt!  It wouldn't take much to adhere vinyl or 
leather to a binnacle so why not go with a tube - abut $5 for the big 
one.  I used it to fix my husband's SAAB dash and it looks great.  
I use it all the time on my moccasins - my winter choice after no 
shoes at all or the barest of flip flops.
