This is why I try to avoid bells and whistles. I've never had power 
locks, windows, mirrors, seats, etc., and consequently have never had to 
repair such systems. IMHO, it's just more stuff to go wrong.
The only "power" I'm concerned about is under the hood.
BTW, I rear-ended an Oldsmobile today (at slow speed) when the old lady 
driving decided it was time to give everybody whiplash at a yellow 
light. Her bumper was cracked. Couldn't tell anything happened to my 
truck. :) Woo hoo! I'm almost beginning to like this thing. LOL
