[DMCForum] Re: Airflow question?



After seeing Bills exaust at PF, and getting a burn off my cat 1/2
hour after a quick 10 min drive, I am determined to get the stock
muffler, pipes, and cat out of there. The heat that radiates from the
stock exaust setup is unbeleiveable.

As for air flow, a couple of weeks I was playing with a can
of "canned air". It was the kind used to blow out computer parts.
Just for the hell of it I sent a quick squirt towards the right vent.
Almost immediatlly the engine began to labor. I did not squirt it
down the vent, just towards it, so I am sure the vent sucks air (at
least when parked)
