Rich,
Did you remove all of the old foam from the backing boards?  Some people end
up priming/sealing the surface, then gluing the material on.  I have also
heard of people painting the backing boards with fiber glass resin.

The damn things are letting go already! They were better applied then 
the last time! What gives? I used the 3m Super 77 adhesive that most 
people swear by.
It's been raining and humid as hell. Is that the problem?
Any suggestions anyone? Dave?
