I think you'll find all DeLorean service facilities use 2-post ramps and
day in, day out, use the jacking points on the underbody. It's what
they're there for. It's what they were designed for, and there's no
reason not to use them. Fibreglass is not "plastic" - it's a composite
material which when used properly is extremely strong - often stronger
than an equivalent weight of steel.
